Our first step toward the Needs Assessment is to perform a needs analysis. Initial needs analysis defines the gap between the current situation and the desired situation by determining and proposing improvements through process changes, automation and any hardware/operating system changes.

After completion of a company's site and Needs Analysis, CAI analyst team will perform a full needs assessment which will determine the exact nature of an organizational problems and how it can be resolved. It becomes the basis for recommendations about process improvements, process automation through business applications and possible integration and customizations of both hardware and software issues.

In this stage the project leaders confer with the organization's management to determine what kind of high-level functionality should be implemented in the business applications to meet the pre-defined business requirements. The requirements are used to determine which modules of the application will be implemented, what customizations and integrations are required, hardware/operating systems changes and the scope of the project.
